WHOLESALE POLICIES

Minimum Orders

There is no minimum order quantities on each order.

Submitting Orders

All orders are processed through our website.  Please contact us at info@homemarketplace.org or via our Facebook or Instagram page to obtain the relevant discount code.

Shipping

A flat rate shipping fee of $19.95 is placed on all wholesale orders. Please select Wholesale postage on our website. This amount is subject to change. Alternatively, pick-up is available from Pacific Pines, Queensland or if you are based on the Gold Coast we can deliver.

Shipping Issues

Please be sure to double-check your ship-to address upon check out, as we cannot be held responsible for shipping address errors.

Turn-Around Time

 Orders are made to order and shipped within 1-7 business days from the day you order.

​

Reporting Damaged / Incorrect Order

 Please let us know immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order if damaged, incorrect, or unordered items have been sent with your delivery. Each of our products undergo quality checks however we also urge you to also inspect all the items in your shipment carefully for defects. We are happy to issue replacements when the defects are reported to us within 1 weeks of you receiving your shipment. However, items not reported to us within this time frame will not be accepted for return and replacement or refund. Contact info@homemarketplace.org

Returns

 If you are returning a faulty product, please ensure that you contact us by email first explaining the quality issue prior to returning it – ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging. Please treat your return just like a return in your own store.

Payment

 We accept Visa, MasterCard and all payments are made securely through our website. Direct deposit is also available when ordering on our website please click manual pay. Once you have paid, please email a copy of your payment advice.

Resale of Home Marketplace Products

 You will find our recommended retail price on all our products on our website. This is a guide; you are welcome to set your own retail price and mark-up.

Packaging

 Pocket Tokens and Keepsake Cards are packaged individually in cellophane bags.  All of our other hand made products will be delivered with swing tags.  If you prefer no swing tags, please let us know.

Range and Prices

 If we ever decide to change our minds about any of the above, update pricing or minimums, or discontinue certain styles and colours, we may do so at any time.

Sale Items

 We reserve the right to hold sales on any of our handmade decorations or gifts in our online store and sample and second sales at any time.
