WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All orders are shipped 48 to 72 hours after purchase is made
Please Note: we are unable to ship to PO Boxes we do need a full address
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns must be done within 7 days - please contact us regarding a return
We endeavour to describe & represent our products accurately, please choose carefully as we cannot return items because of change of mind or wrong decisions - please contact us regarding an item
If you wish to return a product due to a fault please contact us, you will need the copy of your receipt - a replacement will be sent once the original item is return with receipt & once we have checked the item
We do check all items once they are shipped to make sure they are of our standard
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is packed & sent, we will advise via email of the postage details including the tracking number
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once your order has left it generally will take 7 - 10 days to arrive, this will depend on its final destination, if you are regional it will take longer
If you need your item by a certain time frame please send us a message prior to purchasing as shipping cost will be different to our standard shipping
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We do make sure we pack all our handmade decorations and gifts carefully to ensure that they arrive to you in one piece, accidents can happen - please refer to our privacy policy
